PercoTop 611 2K DTM Topcoat

PercoTop® 611 effectively answer all industrial finishing needs for single layer interior and exterior applications. PercoTop® 611 is two-component, polyurethane-based solvent-borne topcoat for direct-to-metal application on an enormous variety of industrial and architectural uses. It's ideally suited for machines, advertising boards, switchboards and road signs. PercoTop® 611 boast excellent adhesion and corrosion protection for every type of metal substrate, from steel to aluminium and galvanised steel. The extreme resistance to mechanical stresses strengthens the robust nature of this topcoat even further.

Surface preparation:
  • Substrates must be free from all contaminants.
  • Because of the variety of metal alloys and manufacturing processes, it is recommended to carry out a preliminary adhesion test.

DRYING

Air drying at 20°C:

60 μm dry film thickness 

  • Dust dry : 20min With CS710;30 min With CS706
  • Dry to handle  : 1 hours with CS710; 3 hours with CS706
  • Dry to assemble : 24 hours with both Activators
   
Forced drying:

Flash time: 10 minutes.

Drying time : 30 minutes.

Drying temperature : 60°C object temperature
